Submitted by Curt Warren on Thu, 05/29/2008 - 19:28.Barnstorming the Australian Tablelands - Last weekend at Mudgee we scored some L&V (light and variable) winds with plenty of sunshine, and smOOth lift. YES! Made the 4.5 hour trip worth it!

The weather turned out to be surprisingly pleasant, allowing for some great conditions for aerotowing training and free flying.

Flying the Wild WEST Wind - on the new Moyes LiteSpirit
Submitted by Curt Warren on Tue, 04/15/2008 - 05:48.Flying the Wild WEST Wind in Sydney - West Winds in Sydney are usually spent surfing the offshore waves. Last week, a few of us were looking for something different and headed to Frenchman's Bay of Sydney.
Gerolf, Steve Elliot, and Noma, brought the new Moyes LiteSpirit proto for us to play with.
There was a small water-spout (!) straight out front as we arrived at the sand dune.
30 minutes later, Steve Elliot was first off...
