When: Saturday August 16, 2008. BBQ served 6PM.
Where: Cloud 9 Field, 11088 W. Coon Lake Road, Webberville, MI
Cost: Picnic and Party is $10 donation. Normal club aerotowing costs will apply. The daily "Gas, Crack, and Grass" tax will be waived on Saturday for pilots who show their Parrot Head flair by wearing tropical island-style attire.

Come out for a fun weekend of flying at Wasa on September Long Weekend!!
All wings are welcome, as long as it flies!
Choose your own task, flights will be optimized for scoring. Straight distance, Out and Return, Triangles, and even SLEDDIES!
Rules:
1) No Whining.
Scoring: Christing Nidd
Protest Comittee: None.
Spot Landing Contest: NO! ....it always ends up costing me too much in parts.
Cost: $25, includes a BBQ on Sunday night at Lazy Lake.

Texas Open

What's at Leakey? Well, a foot launch site and county airport for flying and aerotowing in the beautiful Texas Hill Country with hospitality and great soaring conditions. Foot launch paragliders and hang gliders, surface tow paragliders and find bountiful aerotowing opportunities and tandem flying with hang gliders. This year's Texas distance record stands at 152 miles from the foot launch.
Grouse Mountain Fly-In

Paraglider and hang-glider pilots are invited to soar the skies over spectacular Vancouver from the Grouse Mountain launch, located at an elevation of 4,100 feet above the city.
Pilot registration will start at 8:30 am in the Cleveland Park LZ and the mandatory pilots meeting will be at 9:00 each day. This is a fun flying event and the registration free
(less than $50 exact amount TBD) includes a Skyride pass for an unlimited number of flights over the weekend and food/beverage at a social event.
