Using a GPS while Flying Hang Gliders and Paragliders

This 'manual' is a collection of information useful for all hang glider and paraglider pilots to keep in mind while flying with a GPS. A GPS is such a valuable tool to help the pilot keep track of performance and helps you fly to a destination...whether it's free-flying or competing.

This manual refers to "Hand held GPS" and doesn't help with using any of the flight computers on the market...especially the flight computers with integrated GPSs (Flytec & Brauninger)
