6) Scoring

GPS tracklogs are still required to prove your flight regardless of task type....even Open Distance. This is to keep inline with our goal of preparing entrants for racing events as this is a key requirement.

There is no GAP scoring for this...it's always pure distance covered. No departure, arrival or leading points, no speed points, no multipliers for out-and-returns, FAI triangles, Flat-triangles or OLC optimization. No handicap for flying a topless hang glider or DHV2 or higher (thus the separate classes)
