7) Organizer Qualification

We hope that the organizer has experience with GPS usage during XC flight (turnpoint verification) that they are willing to share with entrants. We'll be publishing a "how-to" guide for new GPS users to assist with this. With the understanding of a few basic concepts (and some pitfalls), it isn't that hard.

A guide and checklist of standard requirements for preparation, meet management and closing out the meet will be provided. You will also have access to people who have done meets before for advice and suggestions. It won't be a "no-brainer", but as close as we can get it. It will also take a little time, but no more than is essential to run a safe, fun competition.
