AHPA Annual (sort of) General Meeting

Added features/incentives…
• Flying – tis the season, so we’ll adjust our timing to accommodate
• Bonus Beer – If no one flies that evening after 6:00 PM, the members of the current Board will personally purchase your first drink (pop or beer)
• Movie/Picture Night – After the meeting, we’ll show the most recent HG/PG movies we can get our hands on, and/or any flying holiday movies and pictures members bring with them (if you have some, let us know)

Note: If you have a project that you’d like funding for from the Association, forward the details to the Board prior to the meeting, or come to the meeting prepared to discuss with the members present. In the past we have given serious consideration to any funding proposal that addressed these criteria…
• Benefit to the broad flying community, in terms of numbers and application to both HG and PG – the more served, the better
• Contribution made by the individual or group seeking the funding – if you are willing to do something, we’re more willing to help
• Sustainability of the proposal – the greater the long-term benefit to the flying community, the better
