I was thumbing through old HG magazines, and came across this brilliant centerspread by Mark Vaughn. It was in the May 1997 issue, and shows Rob Kells at the Morningside glide angle contest.
I dig the photo and think it embodies Rob's spirit.
Shapiro and I will be driving down to L.A. this weekend for Rob's memorial. We're looking forward to celebrating his life with friends and some flying.
